I share a locker with one of my friends.
Today, he asked me if I wanted to take the top shelf instead. He cut his sentence off near the end. I looked at him and responded with, "You're asking me this because I'm short, right?" He nodded his head and thought I never had the top shelf with my locker partners in the previous because of my height.
In grade 9, I actually had a locker to myself because I had a half locker. In grade 10, I just took the bottom shelf because my locker partner was very tall. And in grade 11, last year, I split the locker down vertically with my partner so that we could put binders on the top shelf and other stuff (e.g. folders) on the bottom shelf.
Overall. I don't really care which shelf I get. Seriously.

The first day of grade 12.
I took a seat in my first period class. My friend came in half a minute later and took the seat next to me. Then, two of his friends came in and sat next to him. I don't know what happened between the three of them in grade 9, but my friend practically slammed his face on the desk and gave a little weep. His friends told him, "Don't worry. It won't be like in grade 9." Our teacher got us to rearrange ourselves in alphabetical order (by last name). The girl I sit beside now, she saw that I put a rating of "9" on how much I like math. She just thought I was completely out of it, or "crazy," I suppose.
My second period is a lunch period. Apparently, one of my friends has a nearby locker and also has two lunches (or a lunch and a spare) during the same periods as I do. I was happy that I didn't need to sit around alone during period two. But she may fill in the period with a class because she doesn't want a spare.
My third period class is one I never even knew existed. The school just threw me into it because there were probably no other classes available... grr. It seemed like a pretty fun course though, or at least, that's what I got as a first impression from the teacher's overview of the course.
I don't want to rearrange my timetable in any way because it's likely that my timetable may get "messed up." I guess keeping a spare would also benefit in a number of ways throughout the semester....
My fourth period is a lunch period, yet again. Nothing much happened.
Fifth/last period. I thought I would be the only grade 12 since it's a grade 11 course. However, there was another grade 12. I don't know him very well, but he's been in a few of my classes from previous years. Unfortunately, kind of like my friend in period 2 lunch, he may be dropping the course if he can't get the grade 12 course that follows this course.
It was an average first day of school.

I went to downtown Toronto with my mom and sister today. It felt sort of like those motherly-daughter bonding times, but what do I really know? I got another novel that I believe is categorized under literature and horror. I've really grown some interest in the horror genre lately.... I also bought volume 20 of one of my manga series. I would've gotten it earlier, but the binding on the books are getting worse and worse.
This just in the late afternoon, my dad found a baby rabbit outside earlier. To read about what happened, feel free to visit my picture blog here.

It's coming again.... School is only a few days away! I guess I can finally take note of whether or not my tumor actually affected my intelligence level and/or my ability to understand concepts.
As another note... there are a few updates on my picture blog. Click here to visit.
I hope you enjoy the pictures!

P.S. I've also taken the time to actually post a manga review on pleasacure. Feel free to read if you may.

Last year. I started sewing two plushies for two of my friends, one for each of them. Since the two of my friends are twins, they have the same birthday. I just felt like making something at the time, so why not just make a gift?
Unfortunately, I only just finished the dolls approximately an hour ago. Today.
How lazy can I get? Unbelievable, yet completely believable.
I'll post images of the plushies once I've finished my blog for pictures.

My second post for 2012... wow, I am laaaazy.
I just read over my last blog post where I mentioned myself having seizures. The cause was a tumor in the left backside of my brain.
I had brain surgery last month on the sixth of July to have the tumor removed. I had a number of menacing headaches after the surgery, but they had ended soon after I left the hospital. After the surgery, I had 3 seizures in the same week but no more since then. I hope it stays that way....
I'm still on medication for the next two years of my life, to keep the seizures under control. And I practically have to see a doctor every other month or so. I hope the stress from grade 12 won't be so bad, to the point that I might get a seizure again (?).

P.S. I've constantly been wondering whether or not to shut down this blog. It's one for me to just rant about my problems, kind of like the use of a stress ball that people squish when they're, well, stressed. I guess I'll be keeping it up even though I rarely post now. I can always read about how much of a pest I was (and still am).

My first blog post of 2012 (and it's February, too).
I've been on medication for almost a year now because I've been getting minor seizures. Although the medicine is helping, I still get at least one seizure each month.
February's seizure came today. I told my dad and, of course, he says it's all my fault for forgetting that one morning dosage last week and for playing games "all the time." Here's my counter argument on my blog: 1) everyone forgets things once in a while, 2) it's partly my dad's fault for never double-checking that I've taken my medicine, and 3) I do not play games "all the time."
I'm currently convinced that most of my stress is coming from how I'm always angry at my dad, mainly because he never knocks on my door before walking in.
