Today,
my homeroom teacher was dressed up as some, uh, poodle lady. I can't remember what she said, but I think it was something from the 1950s?
I think I might change my format again with blogging. So lazy these days. You understand, right?
Anyways, back to school. One of the geography teachers, Mr. Watkins, was dressed as a sumo wrestler, or so my sister said. She said he does it every year. Ha, he could barely fit through the music room doors, and those doors are w-i-d-e. Class was kind of boring. Not much practice with my group on the song we're supposed to sing together. Sigh.
My dad was off work, so he drove Sharon and I to school in the morning. Afterschool, he picked up my sister and Sharon and I. I think Sharon got a little impatient with waiting for the pickup, but my dad drove us to Market Village after. We three got bubble tea while dad went somewhere else. We later went to Pacific Mall so Sharon could buy candy for Michael. My sister bought an 8$ clip later. I got .. LOLIPOPS. Yippee yay!
Ehm. So when we were leaving .. I sort of .. closed the car door on my finger. It's still throbbing right now. Yes; it hurt. ;_;

P.S. - Anyone doing something for Halloween? I'm going to Scarborough to trick-or-treat with friends. I invited Sharon, but she doesn't want to come. Aw. Scarborough has a lot better candy than Markham, and there were people who offered us Kraft Dinner before. The next year, 'cus we remembered them (techinically me), they gave us calculators. Awesome, eh?

Today, when my family and I went to drop off mom at grandma's apartment home, an old lady started walking up to our car. She stopped after my mom walked out, waved her hand, and walked to the car behind us. Funny thing was that the car behind us was the exact same model.
At the dentist
My braces are coming off on Dec. 19. Yay.
When waiting for dad to finish with our dentist's computer, there was a little girl playing with a puzzle across from me. Her voice sounded like a teenager's. She saw me playing my dsi, and guess what? She kept staring at me; so I stared back. My sister told me she heard her whispering to her mom that girl has a dsi.
If you're wondering why my dad was working on the dentist's computer, then it's because our dentist is a our cousin.
Shopping
Another 214$ gone. I only bought a long-sleeve shirt, and two pairs of pants. My sister didn't buy much either. Dad bought a new fluffy sweater (30$), while mom .. she bought 3 jackets - 40$ each.
I got my own Urban Planet card.

Uuberly tired yet again.
No Rep, More Health
I had a supply teacher for Vocals and Keyboard today. That means no repertoire afterschool. Yay! I asked my health partner if she could go to the library afterschool so we could work on the project. She gave some unsure "maybe". I took it as a straight "no".
There's no repertoire on Wednesday for me either. It's sectionals for men's choir this week. And because of that, I'll meet my partner on Wednesday as well. If she doesn't like it, then too bad. I'm not giving a choice; but if she decides no to show up, then I'll just hand in the project to my teacher and say it's mine, not ours.
I will. Seriously.
Distaste for Projects
I have to remember to pack the damn 1 metre by 1 metre cardboard tomorrow. Not. Like hell I'll bring a big piece of shit to school. We don't even have a plan outline or measurements. That's how useless my partner turned out. Ugh. I hate group work. A lot. And if some of you readers are wondering who my partner is, it's Breanna. Personally, I don't know her either. I hate projects, too, but less than them partners.
In other news, I also have a geography project due on Monday. Yippees! I'm working with Johnny; the better Johnny. Sadly I left my geography in my locker and can't do any of the research. Sigh. Damn you health. The health teacher actually gave us more homework, too. And we're not getting any class time to work on the project. I'll be getting 20 to 30 minutes of time in geography, but that doesn't help very much without the notes.
Ranty post; yays! .3.

Entry 96
I think my work load has recently increased.
Music
And that means vocals and keyboard. I'm not so hot for repertoire afterschool and before school. Extra for the before. Anyways, it's quite boring. I think Monday or Tuesday I have to sing my do re mi composition in front of the class. Everyone has to do it, and we're allowed a partner with us, but come on; singing in front of everyone else? Blegh.
There's also another field trip; it's to the symphony. I don't actually want to go. It's first come first serve because they only have about 11 slots left open.
Geography
Yay, we're getting a project on Monday. My teacher still needs to decide if we get to pick our own partner, or if she chooses. I kind of rather her choose the partners, but then again, I always end up with some idiot when the teacher decides. For example? In grade 8, Ms. Farag partnered me up with Ageth. Luckily, he was easy; I stuffed some work in his face while I read notes.
Anyways; I still have another map due on Monday as well. I purposely left my textbook at school, but I forgot the regions were in there. Damn. Google time.
Health
Yes, health; not phys. ed.
Another project! I'm partnered with a girl named Breanna. We only had about 10 minutes to work in class, and everything else we have to meet together to do. Ms. Petrou said she isn't giving class time to do this; it's all us. Gragh, dammit.
Well anywho, someone (I believe Carmen) said that Breanna's really nice. I don't care if she's nice; can she do the work? The title we came up with so far really sucks, so I emailed her about us changing it and other things about the project. I hope she'll understand what I meant in my email. Many people don't.
My sister just told me this is a really long post. Haha. Maybe it is. I just like droning on and on about what happens to me.
Walking Home
Let's skip back a little. After leaving Carmen at her house, I stalked through Randall Ave. These two grade 7s or 8s (maybe even 6s) were arguing about if it was Thursday or Friday while they walked home. They saw me across the street and yelled out, asking if it was Friday or Thursday. I nodded when the kid asked Friday, but they other one was stupid not to have noticed. I had to actually talk and tell them it was Friday.
Kids these days.

Geography Set-Off
Geography trip today! It was quite different from what I expected. A lot .. dirtier? Muddier? Definately rainy.
Hiking
Ouch. We had to climb a lot, and I mean A LOT, of rocks and soil (or dirt; whatever you wish to call it). Thank god I never fell. Some of the rocks were really far apart, and it required a bit of jumping. Again, thank god that the rain didn't soak up the soil at the time, otherwise it would have been extreme slickness.
Am I exaggerating a little? Don't worry; there were steps. But! - they were quite like the rocks. Quite far apart from each other. Whoever didn't go this semester was lucky; the wood was slippery. I tested stuff with my umbrella, and it slid right off wood areas (except trees).
Rain, More and More
It's still raining by the time we went on part 2 and 3 of the hike. No worries - there are more parts. I hate you people who get to go in the dry, warm weather. There wasn't actually a "part 2" and "3". I'm just pointing out that you hike quite a bit.
At one point, I thought the rain got worse. Wrong! It was just the waterfall. Yes, a waterfall! Not as grand as the Niagara, but it was drizzling water on us. Refreshing for you 2nd semester-teers. Erg. We crossed this bridge that kept shaking. Tonya seemed in a rush to get off .. or was it Jojo? We crossed and went into this cave. I took pictures in there, and since it was dark, it auto-flashed. The cave actually looked really cool. Like .. quartz or granite? I can't remember.
Lunch, and Bus
And then came lunch. We ate in the freaking rain. We all had unbrellas though. I ate one of my breads. Later, we returned to the bus, only to find out we could've eaten in our bus (depends on the driver). Curses. We drove off to the badlands, but before I go on ..
.. the first hiking part, you climb only to meet the busses at the top. Then you get driven to another area to hike, and, well; good luck.
The Badlands
It was scary.
No, I'm kidding. It was actually pretty cool, but by the time we went, the ground there was pretty soaked. Tonya and I ventured across. I found Jojo and Ava afterwards when they waved to us. Ahhh. Just read the next paragraph if you're still here.
So .. it's wet, right? Yeah. Lucky us. We got layers and layers of red mud on our shoes. After walking over the land for a minute or even a few seconds, each of our feet gained an extra .. I'd say 3 to 5 pounds. We had to fling the mud off my shaking our feet, but since people were usually on the next hill over, we almost hit them. Hayward at one point started throwing mudballs at Tonya. Remind me to tazor him.
More and more layers of mud.
Back at School
We finally left after the badlands. When getting back to MMHS, everyone dirtied the carpets and floors with the mud. I can say it's not easy to get off. Some of the girls (including me) dirtied the washrooms, too. We felt bad for the janitors.
My mom called and drove me home. Yay. I made sure not to put my feet down.

P.S. - Tonya and I slept on the bus, but I couldn't really sleep. I kept waking up as usual.

Entry 93
Backtrack to October 6th
I can't quite remember what happened, but something occurred .. I just can't put my mind on it. I'm forgetting things lately, i.e. last night, I forgot to close Taro's box, so she got out .. again. The first time was my fault, too. Blegh. Do I need to start writing things on my hand?
Last night, my sister asked me to buy a comb for her if I went to Shoppers again. I went today, the 7th, but of course: I forgot.
School Basics
Boring. Everyday, I almost fall asleep in geography class. The teacher always removes the notes from the over-head in such short time. I can only copy about three quarters of it.
Vocals and keyboard, we were up on the comps. again. I finished my keyboard stuff in vocals time, but we had a fire alarm practice during 2nd period. Carmen and I got lost when we returned upstairs. Ms Kervin was calling us to go into the room. Oh, our bad.
Phys. ed. wasn't so hectic today. Weights yesterday made my upper arms hurt this time. More weights tomorrow, but today, we just played survivor dodgeball. Carmen needs to improve her "go get the ball and throw it" skills.
Back Home
I went home. That's right. Sharon made a mistake in her sentence yesterday about the CCC, but I guess it's all right. I was planning to stay afterschool for the club, then go to choir, but whatever. I went to Shoppers, and as read above, forgot about the comb. I bought more candy, something I should seriously stop with. Carmen bought more candy; hope her mom doesn't find out.
When I got home, I waited for 6. My mom drove me back to school for choir.
Choir
I fell asleep because of the repetative lines. I did wake up from time to time, but eh. It was boring all in all.
That's pretty much it.
