Camp Robin Hood
So. Camp Robin Hood today. I wouldn't say it was the best experience. Most of the activities were lame and somewhat stupid, depending how you look at it. I'll just post about what I actually sort of enjoyed.
There was rock climbing. 3 walls; left, middle, and right. Left had it straight, ramp out, ramp in, and straight. Middle had it all just straight. Finally, right had it straight up, straight out, ramp back in, and straight. I chose to go on the right side. Two other people in my group who tried couldn't get past the cave out. But me, yesh me; I got to the top. Yay! My hands were very cold after; not much of the hurt.
And then came canoeing. I had to sit in one of the two middle seats. Before that, there were two instructors: one male, the other female. The male worked for 2 years, and the female 4. Now, before they started introductions, I saw a few students in towels, all wet and shaking. I guess they fell in, eek eek. Anyways, the male mentioned how in his two years of working at the camp, he's only seen people fall in once. My group and I had to laugh because it was the group right before us that fell in. Continuing on, I suggested to the other girl in the middle to roll up our pants to above our knees. We were all told to remove our shoes and socks, so we did. Only my legs and feet got wet, and even colder. Canoeing wasn't all that great, but it was better than most other activities.
I really wanted to do archery. Boo hoo.
Signature
By the way, I'm changing my end post siggie again. It'll be more simple, and this is not an update.
A little extra note on the progress of my courses: I did well on one of my geography assignments, but I can honestly say I can't say the same about the second one.

It Still Hurts
Sigh. My stomach still hurts regularly, but not as often anymore. Yay! But still; it hurts. And to add to that, my left arm started hurting a lot yesterday. I suspect you, phys. ed. class of doom.
Pie
Yes. Pie. I read Joanne's blog just a while ago, and saw that wonderful picture of McDonald's apple pie in her 09/24 post. Gimmie pie! DX
But at least I have my chocolate.
School
Ah, yes; school. I haven't posted recently, so only a few of my friends know what's been going on during my classes - since most of them are in my classes. Except for one: geography.
Ms Bazzo isn't a mean teacher as far as I know. I should participate more during her classes, but you know me; lazy. We recently had to hand in a mapping assignment which I totally failed. I didn't listen to her instructions. My map looks way different from everyone elses. Boo hoo. ;_;
Vocals and keyboard class, seeing as I have the same teacher, is .. repetative. Why? What I do in 2nd period keyboard is what I do the next day in 1st period vocals. But it's fine; Ms Kervin tells me I don't have to do it over again if I don't want to. But in vocals class, of course we do singing; something not done in keyboard.
Lastly, there's my phys. ed. class with Ms Petrou. We ran up and down the stairs yesterday, but only once each. Thank you, god! And we had a little basketball test; I only got one set-shot in. Ohmg, I so failed. DX
Well. That's it. I don't I'll be blogging everyday anymore; maybe once a week?

P.S. - About my layout; I'm not sure if it's complete or still needs improvement. I'll have to review it .. some day.

It's almost been an entire week that my stomach has been hurting. Boo hoo; I actually had to stay home from school once. I had a high fever, but it was gone by night. Weird -
Volunteering
- but anyways .. I mentioned that I'd be handing in 2 volunteer forms at once. Well; I lied! Heh. I handed in my first one as suggested by my close friend. I did indeed go to volunteer today with Sharon. We're getting 8 hours out of it if I'm correct. That'll mean I have 20.5h done in total. Yay!
Oh yes. Sharon and I bought a t-shirt. I got a brown one, and she got a lime green one. It does have font on it, and a nice looking tree. It was 15$, and don't complain it's a lot, but it all goes towards charity. I know not many people do charities anymore. D:
Well. I was sort of resting on the job at one point. The two of us were practically at the clothing table all day. We counted the money at one point, and it was well over 300$. I wish I had that much money. DX
Back to School
My tummy still hurts; I keep forgetting things at school (like my vocals homework). Thanks to Sharon, though, I finished! :D
Erk. I'll be grumpy the next few days. Damn you geography; one assignment after another.

P.S. - I should seriously work on my new layout.

Milliken Mills Children's Festival yesterday. I worked at the Cooking Zone.
It's the Cookies
My shirt got frosting on it because the kids made such a huge mess. I was the one doing most of the cleaning around the table. A lot of the sprinkles fell on the ground when none were supposed to fall. And guess what? Even sprinkles got into my shoe once in a while. Yuck.
Break Time
I kept cutting my breaks short. I'd come back in half time (15 minutes), or just take a 5 minute visit to a friend and return.
Back to the Cookies
It was really warm. DX Good thing I wore shorts. And the kids -
- they came in waves. It was hell; especially when we started running out of cookies. We got two more boxes about 2 hours before the festival ended though.
Well, that's pretty much it. I have another volunteer thing to go to next Saturday, so I'll be handing in 2 sheets the Monday after tomorrow's.

Long day, short post.
Paying for Courses
15$ for vocals and keyboard; I'm taking both courses, but my teacher said I only need to pay once. 10$ for geography; stupid course packs. 25$ for physical education; my P.E. teacher mentioned it going to something, and by the way, she has an issue with the word "gym".
In the Hall
Blegh. I had to dodge a lot of people today when I tried getting back to my locker. Luckily, I have my own locker; although it's a half locker, it's new. I chose a bottom half locker, and Sharon's right above me; yay! Sad thing was today .. she actually dropped some papers on my head. x_x Lets hope it doesn't happen again.
Back to Classes
In geography, the teacher just kept talking and talking. I wanted to sleep, but she was just luckily that I was so damn hungry! Tummy was growling - literally.
P.E. was okay, but we didn't do much. I wish we would just start already. My P.E. teacher, Ms. Petrou, is away tomorrow and Friday. Ahhh; I hate supplies.
I may post the prices in my MMHS blog. My schedule may be posted in facebook for only a selected few.
I hope everyone enjoyed there second day at high school. ;D
